How It Started

Hi! I'm Megan Hopp, a mama, nurse practitioner, and functional medicine consultant. I have two children and live in an overall neurospicy home. This podcast shares my journey to functional medicine in season 1 through a series of mini episodes and then in season 2 discusses alllll the other things I want you to know about health (most of which I did not learn in the 7+ years of higher education I attended). My friends started calling me Mama Megan in college, as I was constantly trying to take care of all of them. It was a full time job most days! ha!
